The following information will assist you in planning.

5-10 days before loading		You will receive information for registration of your pickup by E-Mail.
2 days before loading		Please register your pickup directly with this form. You will then receive the loading reference from us. No pickup possible without loading reference.
On the day of loading		You can check in with loading reference between 6 am and 3 pm at Gate 15. Before loading, the vehicle as well as the safety and hazardous materials equipment is inspected. Transporting hazardous materials requires a valid ADR license. An ECD cleaning certificate is also mandatory. The certificate may not be older than 3 days. Loading takes place at loading station F300. The loading station closes at 4 pm. For navigation to loading stage you can use App NaviLU.
Previous load		Please note the impermissible/permissible previous load when transporting: Tri propylene glycol 1,2 propylene glycol technical Diporopylene glycol Positiv list N-BUTYLENOXID - 1,2 Negativ list N-BUTYLENOXID - 1,2

Transporting hazardous materials requires a valid ADR license. Please remember to use anti-slip mats (9 mats per pallet, minimum size of 20x30 cm). Combined loading with food is not permitted and will be rejected! For navigation to loading stage you can use App NaviLU.
