2-10 days before loading			You will receive information for registration of your pickup by E-Mail.
2 days before loading			Please register your pickup directly with this form. You will then receive the loading reference from us. No pickup possible without loading reference.
Until 12 noon on the day prior to loading			Contact us at po-planning-antwerp@basf.com, to book a pick-up slot. Please state the loading reference you received during registration. Possible loading slots: 9 am, 10 am, 11 am, 1 pm and 2 pm
On the day of loading			Registration at Gate 6 no later than 30 minutes prior to loading. Following registration, the vehicle as well as the safety and hazardous materials equipment is inspected. An ECD cleaning certificate is mandatory. This certificate must not be older than 14 calendar days (tank vehicles) or 50 calendar days (tank containers). Notes on equipment			The minimum and maximum filling levels (ADR 80/20 rule) must be observed at all times. Only single-chamber tank vehicles and containers are permitted. The manhole must have a minimum diameter of 50 cm.

2 days before loading		Contact us at timeslots.packed@adpo.com, to book a pick-up slot with the received BASF loading reference. Driver will get a unique QR code which is required for the registration. No pickup possible without QR code (digital or hard copy). Possible loading slots: Hourly between 6 am and 5 pm
On the day of loading		Truck driver must speak French, English, Dutch or German. Registration at ADPO no later than 30 minutes prior to loading. This can be done by either scan the QR code or entering the unique code in the console. The driver will be informed (mobile phone) when the documents for operation are ready at the counter. Following registration, the vehicle as well as the safety and hazardous materials equipment is inspected. Please remember to use anti-slip mats (9 mats per pallet, minimum size of 20x30 cm).

The minimum and maximum filling levels (ADR 80/20 rule) must be observed at all times. Equipment must be ISOPA conform. Cleaned tank: - Original ECD cleaning certificate mandatory - Dewpoint must be < -20 degress Celsius - Dew point certificate mandatory - Certificates may not be older than 3 days. Empty / Uncleaned tank: Please note the rules of permissible previous loads / matrix preloading MDI
