Lupragen® N 208 is a modern, low‑VOC reactive amine catalyst developed by BASF for the production of polyurethane (PU) foams. Designed with a reactive alcohol functionality, it becomes chemically integrated into the polymer matrix during foam formation, preventing emissions and reducing odour. This makes it ideal for applications requiring high indoor air quality standards, including flexible foams for bedding and furniture as well as semi‑rigid and rigid foams used in automotive interiors.

Lupragen^® BisDMAPU is a new low-emission balanced PU catalyst that supports both gelling and blowing reactions, ensuring reliable, high-quality foam formation and dimensional stability. With its low volatility and low odor, the catalyst helps manufacturers reduce emissions from flexible PU foam products, making it especially suitable for applications that must meet increasingly stringent low-VOC standards.
